PEMDAS:
11+5+3*2+8*1=16+3*2+8*1=16+6+8*1=22+8*1=22+8=30
All boded statements are the steps we did.

11+5 + 3x2 + 8x1 = 30
= 11+5 + (3*2) + (8*1)
= 11+5 + 6 +8
= 16 + 14
= 30
