2/4 is bigger I know this because if you do the butterfly method which is when you multiply the 4 in 2/4 by the 4 in 4/6. Then you would do 6 by 2. you would get 12 then 8 so compare, so yes 2/4 is bigger.

Dear Tambone, 2/4 is greater than 2/6 because if we were to convert the fractions to decimals we would get 0.5 and 0.33 and 0.5 is greater than 0.33 and 2/4 is 0.5 so therefore 2.4 is greater.
