Put the values as coordinates (x,y)
(1, 5) and (2, 7)
Find the slope:
(7-5)/(2-1)
m=2
Find the y intercept:
y=mx+b
y=2x+b
5=2(1)+b
b=3
b.) y = 2x + 3
Hope this helps :)
