There are 1000 milliliters in 1 liter
To find 3 liter you multiply 1000 x 3= 3000
So you subtract 3000 liters - 1800 milliliters = 1200
Louisa will need 1200 mL or 1. 2 L of punch
mL= milliliters
L= Liters
