Easy, using
(y1-y2)/(x1-x2) to find the intercept:

(-4-5)/(-1-2)=

(-9)/(-3)=3

This is your slope. m=3

To find y=mx+b form

-4=3(-1)+b

-4=-3+b

-1=b

y=3x-1 in y=mx+b form
