Easy, first change them into improper fractions,

24 1/2=
(49)/(2)

32 3/5=
(163)/(5)

44 1/8=
(353)/(8)

Now, find a common denominator to add them up. (40)

(49)/(2)* (20)/(20) = (980)/(40)

(163)/(5)* (8)/(8) = (1304)/(40)

(353)/(8)* (5)/(5)= (1765)/(40)

Add them up

(4049)/(40), or in mixed number form 101 9/40.

get a common denominator, in this case, we can use 40
multiply the numerator and denominator of each fraction to get the common denominator equivilent
1/2*20= 20/40
3/5*8= 24/40
1/8*5= 5/40
now add the numerators together
20+24+5= 49/40 or 1 and 9/40
add the whole numbers
24+32+44= 100
add the previous numbers
101 and 9/40
