The period is the reciprocal of the frequency.
T = 1 / f .
'Hz' = 'Hertz' means 'per second' or ' /sec '.
440 Hz = 440/sec .
The period (reciprocal) = sec/440 = 0.0022727... repeating
=
2-3/11 milliseconds
