To get the mean , we must add every number in the data set, and divide them by how many there are.

: 3+10=13 , 13+4=17 , 17+5=22 , 22+7=29 , 29+7=36 , 36+8=44 , 44+6=50 , 50+7=57 , 57+10=67 , and 67+10=77.

Now we have to divide : 77 / 11 = 7 , my reason being is because 7*11=77
The mean is 7

Now lets see what the median is , first we have to find the two even or odd numbers which happen to be 7 & 10. We have to add the two together and than divide it by 2 since there are 2 of them.

7 + 10 = 17 , 17 / 2 = 8.5

8.5 is the Median.

I hope this helps you a lot :)
