No, because 3 feet equals to 1 yard. If there is 24 feet then there is 8 yards.
3feet=1 yard
6feet=2yards
9feet=3yards
12feet=4yards
15feet=5yards
18feets=6yards
21feet=7yards
24feet=8yards
