HELP! 10 PTS! Two objects of different mass have equal, non-zero kinetic energies. Which object has the greater momentum?

The heavier object, the lighter object, or do they have the same momentum? The internet says the heavier object. Please give an explanation also.

The heavier one. The explanation for this is that momentum is directly proportional to mass. The more mass there is, the more momentum.

This is as simply as I could explain it, hope I helped :)
