Frankly, you're supposed to know by now that
liter is the same as 1,000 milliliters.

liters = 2,000 milliliters
liters = 3,000 milliliters
liters = 4,000 milliliters
liters = 5,000 milliliters
liters = 6,000 milliliters
liters = 7,000 milliliters
liters = 70,000 milliliters
liters = 700,000 milliliters
