That triangle is supposed to equal 180° when you add the central angles. We know 2 angels, 112° & 41° and we also know that the whole triangles angles, when added should equal 180° (only the triangle in which we are figuring out 2.)

112 + 41 = 153
180 - 153 = angle 2
180 - 153 = 27
angles 2 = 27°

Check:
27 + 112 + 41
139 + 41
180
Correct!

Angle 2 = 27°

The 3 angles of a triangle have to add up to 180 degrees. Since we are given 2 of the angles, all we have to do is add them up and then subtract from 180 to get the 3rd.

112 + 41 = 153
180 - 153 = 27

Angle 2 = 27 degrees.
