False.  The statement above does not reflect what a cultural hearth is all about. This term refers to human influences brought to the environment through plant and animal domestication. Changes in the land are evident to meet these demands of a particular community in a specific geographic location.

Cultural hearth is the location or area of a certain culture to where it developed and was cultivated to mature. Hence, cultural experience and perspective can be conveyed through memorable narrative because according to its definition a narrative or a story is any report of connected events, actual or imaginary, presented in a sequence of written or spoked words, or sometimes moving images.
