Which part of the declaration is most clearly an example of pathos

Pathos comes form the word meaning emotion and in figurative language is an appeal to emotion to try to win over a readers opinion in an argumentative way.
Within the declaration I would say the example that most clearly fits those terms would be when King George the third is called a tyrant.
