Which sentence is written correctly in the subjunctive voice? If it weren't for the vacation time I earn, we would never get the house completed. If the house repairs were done, we are moving at the end of summer. If we receive a reasonable offer, we are hiring a moving company. If I give you the complete cost of repairs, can I deduct those expenses?

Subjunctive: makes a suggestion that is contrary to fact

so like stating what would have happened

The only two sentences written in the subjunctive voice are the first two. However, they are not both correct.
The correct sentence is the first one - If it weren't for the vacation time I earn, we would never get the house completed.
