2-5, 3-8, and 0.38 and that is how you put it to least to greatest and if it was greatest to least it would be 0.38, 3-8, and 2-5

3/8=0.375
2/5=0.4
0.38=0.38
0.375<0.38<0.4
therefore: 3/8,0.38,2/5
*Remember that you can convert fractions to decimals by dividing the numerator by the denominator! This makes it much easier to compare :)
