remember you can add m's together
1m+2m=3m
so we have
3m+7=m+11
subtract 1m frmo both sides
3m-1m+7=m-m+11
2m+7=0+11
subtract 7 from both sides
2m=11-7
2m=4
divid eobh tisdes by 2
2/2m=4/2
1m=4/2
m=2
m=2
