Why did Hitler feel justified in taking over Austria and the Sudetenland?

Hitler was a dictator who took pleasure and found satisfaction in the feeling of control. In his mind, the world would flourish and benefit if all of man was the same. This was the mentality and the leadership that lead to the Holocaust.

Hitler felt like his actions were justified because most Austrians already spoke German. The citizens of Sudetenland were mostly German too. This made him feel like he had to unite ALL Germans under any cost.
