I would have to say "D" because social anxiety disorder gives you anxiety attacks when you are in social situatuions / in public. PTSD you get anxiety attacks and flash backs when you are stressed and anxious, and OCD you would clean/arrange/fiddle woth objects until they are just right when you are under stress/pressure and feeling anxious.
