remember percent means parts out of 100
0.1%=0.1/100=0.01/10=0.001/1=0.001
0.001 is answer

To perform the conversion, just move the decimal point 2 places to the left and remove the percent sign. Very simple so if you do this your answer most likely should be.
0.001 as a decimal
