Solution

For this case we know that:

h(x)=-x-7,f(x)=-x^2+8x-11

And we want to find h(8) -2f(3) so we can do this:

h(8)=-8-7=-15

And:

f(3)=-(3)^2+8(3)-11=4

and finally:

h(8)-2f(3)=-15-2(4)=-15-8=-23

And the final solution would be -23
