the ugliest creature in the sea really depends on who is looking at it because it all depends on your opinion like the saying goes (one mans junk is another mans treasure)
However the Chimearas and viperfish have my votes for looks that would stress even a mother. They both look like they crawled out of a really, really creepy monster movie. Check out the link to pictures of both
