Easy, re-writing this in slope-intercept form, y=mx+b

-4x+6y=-36

Move the x over

-4x+6y=-36
+4x +4x

6y=-36+4x

then divide by 6

y=-6+
(2)/(3) x

but in y=mx+b form (slope-intercept form) it is,

y=
(2)/(3) x-6.
