Well, the power of a number is how many times you multiply a number by itself. Such as, 3 squared, or 3 to the power of 2, would be
3 x 3, which equals 9.

Well not sure what you are asking, but If it is what I think it is, it would go like this:

(9^2)

Then the answer should be

9^4 since we multiply the exponents.

If you mean this...

3^2....It would be same as 3 x 3 which we should know is equal to nine.
