What is 4x=12? I'm really confused and I don't know how to solve it. :(

X=3

First, divide both equation sides by 4

Next, divide the values

X=3 :)

This is how you figure it out,
4x = 12 (divide both sides by 4 to get x)
4x/4 = 12/4
x = 3
And that's your answer, hope I helped! :)
