As a fraction, this would be 166 / 100000 [5 zeroes because the decimal point would have to move 5 places to the right to make 166]. I think the answer is that i looked it up so you may have to check the answer

To turn a decimal into a percentage, multiply the decimal by 100 and add a percent sign.
.166 x 100=16.6
And add a percent sign
16.6%
