Think of it this way

There is 5 problems wrong out of 25 so 5/25 is the fraction (right/ number of questions)

5/25 can be simplified to 1/5 (divide by 5)

1/5 can be transformed to the percentage 20%

NOW BE CAREFUL 20% is what is WRONG so 100-20=80

so 80% is thus the answer
