Al(NO3)3 (aq) + 3 NaOH (aq) ------> Al(OH)3 (s) + 3 NaNO3 (aq)
Al(OH)3 is the precipitate. We can predict that because it is insoluble in water.
Al+3 (aq) + 3 OH- (aq) -----> Al(OH)3 (s)
