First you do 68 x 4 = 272. Then, you do 272 divided by 8 because 8 fl. oz. is 1 cup. Your answer is 34 cups. After, you convert 34 cups into 17 pints because there are 2 pints in 1 cup so your answer will be 17 pints. :) Hope it helps.
