A protein is being assembled RNA is being translated. Translation is the process whereby a protein is produced from the information enclosed messenger RNA molecule. In the process of translation, an mRNA sequence is read by means of the genetic code, which is a set of guidelines that states exactly how an mRNA sequence should be translated

Answer: the correct answer is C. RNA is being translated.

A protein is assembled when mRNA ( messenger RNA) is translated at the site called ribosomes. mRNA contains codons, which are used in the process of protein synthesis as each codon ( a sequence of three nucleotide) is specific for an amino acid.

According to the Central Dogma, genetic information is transmitted in this manner-

DNA → mRNA → Proteins.

This indicates that genetic information carried by DNA ( deoxyribonucleic acid) is first converted into mRNA in a process called transcription and then mRNA is converted into proteins in the process called translation.

Thus, option C) is the right answer.
