Answer: 3.5
100 people = median will be the average of the 50th and 51st largest amount of cans.
252 - 49 cans = 253
253 / 51 = 3 with a remainder of 50
50th person can have 3 cans each which leaves 4
Average of 3 and 4 is: 3.5
