Is youth aged 15 to 24 years are more disadvantaged in the labour market compared to those aged 25 to 34 years?

Well those who are under 20 or 18 years of age may be at a disadvantage since they may be perceived as not being matured enough for the job. People tend to hire those who are committed to working. For those who are 24 to 34 years of age, these are the people who really take their jobs seriously because they know what is at stake. At that point in their lives, they should living independently and need a good-paying job to provide for their needs.
