Not every investigation gets the same results, she cant say the other scientist is wrong, because without comparing results she cant look for stuff that supports ''the desire outcome'' therefore the correct answer is D, she should compare and discuss the results with the other scientist that worked on the same topic, and determine research with both results to explore what's wrong or what's missing.
