Values and attitudes affect effective communication by way of delivering the message. When the sender gives out his message in a commanding tone the receiver will also perceive it as such. Effective communication can be achieved when two people or groups of people communicate in a calm, collected, and open-minded manner. This way all sides of a particular issue will be addressed accordingly.
