She was removed because both African man and woman weren't allowed to sit in the front of a bus. Only White people , mainly men were allowed too.
Rosa Parks was known for not giving her seat up and being arrested for it.

The front of the bus were most likely considered the "best seats", and since she was black, she was asked to move to the back.
