less. 130% is 52, so 100%( the original number) would be 52- (0.3 x 52)

for this question you can find the number first
so you should say:
130/100 = 52/ ?
so ? is the number and your answer:
?= 52*100/130 = 40 and 40 is less than 52 :)))
