No because a square pyramid has to have a square at the bottom with four triangles at the sides of the square and connecting at a point

A quadrilateral namely Square and 4 triangles used to form a square pyramid.

Which means Faces of Square pyramid has a square and 4 triangles.

Square is in base of pyramid and triangles are on sides.

Therefore, It is not possible that all faces of square pyramid are triangles.
