the only thing you should do for this question is to multiply 5 to each of the numbers in the parenthesis so you will have:
5(3x-2) = 15x -10 and that's the answer :)))

Use the distributive property because there is parentheses. In the distributive property, distribute and multiply the 5 to each term in the parentheses, 3x and -2
5(3x-2)=5(3x)+5(-2)=
15x-10
