you can solve the inequality just look like the equality.
So you should add -193 on both sides of the equation:
193 + y > 201 ⇒ y > 201 - 193 ⇒ y > 8 :)))

Simplify both sides of inequality:-
y+ 193
>
201
Subtract 193 from each side:-
y + 193
− 193
>
201 − 193
