There is usually 12 pieces of pizza per pizza. 24 for 2 pizzas. 24 divided by 8 is 3. So each person has 3 pieces (assuming it was split into 12 pieces per pizza)

2 pizzas/8people 2divided8=1/4 each person gets 1/4 of a Pizza (1/4 of how many slices) 1/4x8=2
