Let's evaluate the expression:


2x^2y^(-2)
\begin{gathered} x=3 \\ y=2 \end{gathered}


\begin{gathered} y^(-2)=(1)/(y^2) \\ so\colon \\ 2(3)^2(1)/((2)^2)=(2*9)/(4)=(18)/(4)=(9)/(2) \end{gathered}
