Assuming that there are no other markings, I will solve this equation using the wonderful order of operations method, PEMDAS.
3/5 = x / x + 2y
↓
3/5 = (x/x) + 2y
↓
3/5 = 1 + 2y
↓
3/5 - 1 = 2y
↓
-.4 = 2y
↓
-.2 = y
↓
y = -1/5
We now know that y = -1/5. I do not know what x equals though, so I cannot fully solve the equation, unfortunately. Hopefully, what I could solve was helpful to you =)
