f(x)=\sqrt[]{x}

After a translation of 3 units down:

y=\sqrt[]{x}-3

After a reflection across the x-axis:

\begin{gathered} g(x)=-(\sqrt[]{x}-3) \\ \end{gathered}

so, the answer is:

g(x)=-\sqrt[]{x}+3
