(tomato paste for spaghetti * 3) + (tomato paste for pizza * 6) ÷ cup cans of tomato paste = answer
(1 3/4 * 3) + (2/3 * 6) ÷ 3/4
=(7/4 * 3) + (2/3 * 6) ÷ 3/4
=(21/4 + 12/3) ÷ 3/4
=111/12 ÷ 3/4
=444/3
=148 cans of tomato paste

Answer: The required expression:-(3\times\frac{7}{4}+6\times\frac{2}{3})\div\frac{3}{4}\\

The number of 3/4 cup cans of tomato paste she will need in all.
(37)/(4)\ of\ (3)/(4)cups

Explanation:

Given: Required amount of tomato paste for spaghetti sauce=
1(3)/(4)\ cups=(7)/(4)\ cups

Therefore, triple the amount of tomato paste for spaghetti sauce
=3*(7)/(4) cans

Required amount of tomato paste for a pizza=
(2)/(3)\ cup

Therefore, amount of tomato paste for 6 pizzas
=6*(2)/(3)\ cups

Total number of 3/4 cup cans of tomato paste she will need in all

=(3*(7)/(4)+6*(2)/(3))/(3)/(4)\\=((21)/(4)+4)*(4)/(3)\\=((37)/(4))*(4)/(3)=(37)/(3)\ ((3)/(4)\ cups)
