so brand diet has 30% of regular brand
diet=90

rmember
percent means part out of 100
30%=30/100=3/10

'of' means muitply
diet=30% of regular
90=3/10 times regular
mulitply both sides by 10/3 to clear fraction
900/3=regular
300=regular

asnwer is 300 caloires is regular
