To pass the test, the ball must bounce between 4'1" and 4'6". To explain it you multiple 72 inches by 0.68 and by 0.75 respectively. This gives you just under 49 and 54 inches, respectively. Since the ball bounced 4'1" or 49 inches, it met the requirements.
