Directions: How can you learn more about Safety & First Aid within your local area?

Research resources in your local community (or communities nearby if you are rural) to
determine what is available
(i.e. health fairs, newsletters, first aid courses, etc.). Check
with local hospitals, clinics, recreation centers, and the health department. Find five
different resources and create a brochure to inform others in the community of your
findings.
Be sure to use your own words and include the following information
within your brochure:
Organization Names and purpose (5 pts)
Graphics or images (5 pts)
Description of resources (classes, certifications, etc.) (5 pts)
What types of information will be learned by using these
resources? (5 pts)
List the websites or contact information that someone might go to
find more information about these resources.
