Cna true or false the sense of thirst lessens as a person ages

The sense of thirst for an individual likely lessens as that person grows older. As the body ages, various functions, including senses, begin to degrade. Just as older individuals are begin to have a harder time hearing or seeing, they would have a harder time recognizing the need to consume water. This does not mean, however, that a person needs less water as they grow older.
