5 mg/kg twice a day for a 12 lb. cat
=5 mg/kg *2 doses/ day*12 lb * 0.4536 kg/lb
=10 mg/kg * 5.4432 kg / day
=54.432 mg / day
=54.432 / (50 mg/mL) /day
=54.432/50 mL / day
=1.088 mL / day
