Since their are 16 oz in a pound, we get 3.2*16, which should get you 55.2 ounces of nuts in 3.2 pounds of nuts.

Well, there are 16 ounces in 1 pound, so there are 51.2 ounces in 3.2 pounds. hope this helps!
